About Business Sale

The Business Sale Report is the UK and Europe's leading independent businesses for sale listing service, established in 1995.

Summary details on medium to large businesses for sale with a turnover in excess of £500,000 or a value in excess of £250,000 are supplied to us by business brokers, accountants and private vendors throughout the UK.

We also monitor trade press and receive details through this site. The resulting list of around 200 companies per month is then segregated into industry categories. Full contact details for all businesses for sale are available to subscribers only.

Every month we clear out all old entries and build the report up from scratch with businesses we know are for sale. Companies for sale are not normally rolled over into the next month.

The Business Sale Report does not play any intermediary role and all contact numbers and addresses given are direct to the vendor or vendor's agent.

The report is posted to subscribers monthly in an easy-to-use format for quick scanning with companies listed in alphabetical order by industry category. Click here for a sample printed report. The information is also accessible from this site and is updated daily.

Please note that there is no charge whatsoever for any agent or vendor to list their company in the Business Sale Report. So long as the company meets our minimum size criteria, you may include as much information as you care to divulge.
