About McCarthy Group McCarthy & Associates was established in 1979 by Bernard McCarthy with two colleagues. It was formed with the original intention of selling office furniture and the first memory word processors. As business expanded, customer demand created a greater emphasis on supplying systems furniture and office interiors. In due course McCarthy & Associates researched the market and decided to concentrate on a design led approach to resolving space planning problems, which led to the development of the interiors business. Steady and controlled development over the years has created a business that is proud of its customer base and, with a spread of professional activities through recruitment and training of Designers, Project Managers and Consultants, McCarthy & Associates are able to provide the client with the solution to their specific needs.
