The Eteach recruitment service driven by the eteach.com website, acts
to match candidates to available permanent positions and has led to
Eteach being recognised as the preferred online recruitment provider
by both SHA and NAHT.
Bulletin Plus
Bulletin Plus is an LEA recruitment tool which allows the LEA to
advertise vacancies for the schools under their control. Vacancies are
displayed on the Eteach website and in The Independent’s Education
Supplement. The system allows either the LEA or the school to manage
applications.
Supply Pool Software
The Supply Pool Software is used by groups of schools, usually under
the umbrella of an LEA, to operate an internal supply pool. Many LEAs
currently attempt to operate an internal supply pool using outmoded
systems and many others have abandoned the concept due to the
administrative burden associated with the lack of a technology
solution. Our software allows the LEA to effectively manage supply
cover in the same way as private agencies but for a fraction of the
cost.
Virtual Recruitment Fair
Our Virtual Recruitment Fair acts to help student teachers and Newly
Qualified Teachers into the concept of finding vacancies through
online methods. This product is promoted through PGCE colleges and via
our relationships with ATL and the NUT to all their final year
students. It allows NQTs to search for their first post online,
contacting all LEAs in areas they wish to work and storing their CV
within the system. It also allows for the provision of information on
other sectors such as Catholic Education, Independent sector, etc.
Permanent Placement
Eteach has developed a permanent placement service to provide schools
and LEAs with a rapid introduction to teachers. Utilising our
extensive database of over 100,000 teachers, the expertise of our

technology, the permanent placement service provides our clients with
