Selecting the items you want to purchase
There are 3 ways to shop for your purchase.
 

• browse our departments;

• search by keywords or item number;

• use the order form.

1. Browse our departments
When you are ready to begin shopping click on a department from the navigation - womens, mens, kids, electricals, home and garden or leisure. Upon doing this you'll see all the product ranges available within that department. Select and click on the category you require and you will then see all of the products available within that category.

Use the page numbers at the top or bottom of the page to help you scroll all the items available or use the 'sort by' drop down box to view the items as you want to view them - e.g. by 'Price High -Low' or by 'Price Low-High'.

Click the button 'View details' to see a larger image and a detailed item description. To purchase an item simply select your required options, for example size and colour and click on 'Add to Shopping Basket'. If you want to look at the product in more detail, click 'enlarge image' to get a close up.

Bread crumb 'trail' - You will see this build up, with your journey, as you browse throughout the site. An example is:

Womens > Shirts & Tops > Vests

This will help you to instantly identify exactly where you are in the site. You can also use the 'trail' to help navigate your journey - just click on the name of the department that you want to go back to!

Use your shopping basket as you browse
As you travel around the site the items you have selected travel with you within your shopping basket. Don't worry, you can still change your mind at this point - if you don't want an item any more, then simply click the 'Remove Item' button in the shopping basket.

You can check the contents of your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the 'Shopping Basket' button at the top of the screen.

Once you've finished browsing and want to purchase, simply press the 'Proceed to checkout' button in your shopping basket and then select one of the payment options.

2. Search by keywords or item number
You can search using phrases rather than just simple keywords. For example, you can ask for 'blue Levi jeans for men' rather than just Levi jeans. This enables you to get to the products you want faster. We will also show your last five searches on the left of the search results page so if you want to skip straight back to a previous search you can do, without having to type it in again.

Refine your search by including the preferred colour,size and price range if required.
Use the 'sort by' drop down box to view the items as you want to view them - e.g. by 'Price High -Low' or by 'Price Low-High'.

Click on the image to see a larger image and a detailed item description. To purchase an item simply select your required options and click on 'Add to Shopping Basket'. If you want to look at the product in more detail, click 'enlarge image' to get a close up. If no further selections are required, simply click the 'Add to Shopping Basket' button.

If you already know the item number of the item you would like to order you can type this in to the search box at the top of the homepage. This will take you directly to the details of that item.

3. Order form
Use this form if you have already chosen the items that you would like to order from your catalogue. Follow these simple steps:
 

• Click on the order form link from the homepage;

• Enter the item numbers of all the items you would like to order;

• Then click the 'enter' button at the bottom of the form. This will bring up the item options/stock screen.
